I don't know much about them myself except that they are starting to be very collectable and prices are going up, if it's a decent price might be worth getting as investment, you might find more info on a facebook group called Great fun on small bikes, you will need to join to be able to post anything, there are a good few knowledgeable people on their some of which ride MZ's and CZ's ____________________ Mike.

The top picture is very 'Bantamesque' ( and there is a very good reason for that). ____________________ All the above is my personal opinion, you can see my lips move, but I'm talking out of my arse.
I've been riding, and fixing , bikes for 50 years, in that time the more I learn, the less I am absolutely sure of..... |

They are well built and specced and as I recall, are sleeved down from 150cc. They built them to be reliable. little touches like copper grease on the fittings and a lot of stainless.
Only thing is it's MZs own motor so you might struggle for parts for them. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”
I did the 2010 Round Britain Rally on my 350 Bullet. 89 landmarks, 3 months, 9,500 miles. |
