So I tried to change my sparkplu on my peugeot speedfight 3 darkside and I dropped the sparkplu into the plastic casing bit on the side that leads to the fly wheel. I put the old on back in and started it up and doesn't seem to have broken it but I was wondering will the plug fall down into that fly wheel bit and mess my bike up? I feel like such an idiot! any help appreciated!

If there is the potential for it to contact the flywheel (or any of the mechanical or electrical parts) then the answer is quite obvious.

No doubt you just want to have someone say it will be fine rather than you sorting g the problem properly.

I've no idea where you mean... The flywheel and all the driveline are encased in metal, so it's probably sitting on the side of the engine in between the cases and the plastic fairing?

My advice is buy beg or borrow a magnet on a stick (or put a magnet on a piece of string) and fish it out that way.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Yeah I thought so, I feel like such an idiot with it being such a simple job but it just slipped out the tool and fell down the shaft connecting with the fly wheel bits... I have a friend coming up now who has a magnet on a stick hahah

looks like only 7 screws to get the cover off to fish out the plug.
