Maris Piper Potato. You may get away with a Jersey Royal.

Serious answer - No.

125cc, 14.7BHP. That's your lot on a CBT. You couldn't restrict an R6 to 15BHP and have it usable anyway.

Not even on a A2 licence
Max power you can restrice is 94BHP double the resricted power
For an R6 you need a full A class licence

As long as it's not over 125cc, so baking potatoes and sweet potatoes are out, might get away with a Maris Piper as mentioned above. Baby new potatoes are definitely OK though. Thumbs Up

King Edwards are borderline - but most will tip you over into 16-17bhp territory.

Bet that'd be great on a crisp day when you mash the throttle. Don't overcook it though because you might leave a bend and end up decapotatoed.

Try ramming a fork into your left eyeball.
That should do the trick.

No need to restrict it, just make sure your number plate is the legal size and that you are displaying L plates correctly, and don't forget to use the motorways sometimes to help build your confidence Thumbs Up
