Honda CB500FA 68 plate (1162 miles)

I am advertising this bike on behalf of a friend who knows nothing about bikes. This bike was owned by her mums partner who sadly passed away a few months after purchasing the bike, it was used to go to and from work, about 7 miles each way, and the occasional leisure ride but has sat for the last 18 months. The bike has sat in a dry shed since the owners passing.

The bike is standard apart from the givi rack and box as shown, the tape/tank protector in the picture has been removed. There are a few small marks on the bike but nothing a bit of polish wouldn't resolve and certainly nothing significant. The tape and tank pad protector have been removed. The rest of the bike is good, the brakes bite very quick (only know from pushing around though), the tyres and C&S are good and I fitted a new battery. The bike started up first time and ran perfectly. The bike was purchased from Dobles and serviced at Tolworth motorcycles with stamps in the book.

I would suggest the bike needs a service, new fluids and a good check over. The bike is located in Epsom Surrey and it would need to be collected by van or trailer as it has no tax or insurance. It therefore cannot be test ridden but everything generally seems to work and the bike can be seen running. It would be sold as seen. I can get more pictures and video if requested, I will get a proper odo reading as well. The bikes comes with all paperwork/logbook and keys etc.

This is essentially an as new bike which would make a great commuter or bike for someone who has just passed their licence for a bargain price!
