So got a bit more done on the bike got the middle section of the engine painted and baked well happy with the results. Cool
Lots more to come have the magneto case and crankcase covers off now to work at and new gaskets and bolts to get for them as i want the main seen bolts to be new and fresh.
Hard to get the time at the minute to work on it but no rush to finish it thanks for looking.

Yes, it's very strange. As well as paint, they're good for crankcase bearings (Gas Mark ~6).

Ah yes, 400 degrees is awesome. Cool

so new bolts came for the crank and magneto cases still waiting on the new gaskets and other bolts.
So decided to put the cylinder head on and the magneto cover just as a trial, well pleased with the results turning out just how i imagined.
Also decided to send the rest of the cylinder heads and engine cover of to be vapor blasted i know the idea was to do it myself but getting in between the fins would break any man.Razz
Still have to polish the fins and paint them when i get them back so still a good bit to do. Very Happy Very Happy

thanks for looking Thumbs Up
