We schoolgirls were obsessed with Rock Follies, a story of three girls in a band The Little Ladies, making it in the music biz in the 1970's

I recently found it and it was unwatchable so dated, not in a good way.

I wasn't allowed to watch Rock Follies.
It was too controversial for my staid parents at the time.
(if I remember, the logo had some sort of a neon version of a bird with her norks out, and that was enough for my parents to think it was not the sort of thing I should be watching).

I tried to watch it when I could get away with it, but I was made to go and do studying instead
I thought Rula Lenska was terribly glamorous.
