Hey, I am wanting some advice on exhaust systems for my Honda XL 125 SB. Unfortunately I only have the Sammy Miller downpipe that came with the bike. I'm looking to find a neck pipe and muffler for it but I'm coming into bother trying to source one. I have seen TL/SL link pipe and muffler but have read on another forum that it won't fit. Does anyone have suggestions on what my next move should be?
Thanks

When I rebuilt my XL125RC I had the same problems, in the end I bit the bullet and forked out for a new one, one of these:-

Appears to be exactly the same as the one I bought.

It fitted with no problems at all.
Don't worry about attaching to the down pipe there are plenty of adaptors for marrying up different sized pipes. From memory, I bought the fitting and cut a few slots in the new exhaust then clamped them together, it sealed it with no leaks.

Thanks Sid, I'd had my eye on it. I'll go for it and get it ordered
