Hi folks. Happy Easter. So am slowly working through, fixing and learning about t
he MTX 125 R. Starts first time. runs good..now.. doesnt like hills.. there is a distinct "knock" that comes from the waterpump area of the engine. its had this since I got the bike. also a small amountt of coolant does "weep" aswell. is this the botttom end on its way out. or maybee just a part for the waterpump. has anyone else had experience of this. Also.. I hear rumour that there is a 200cc engine that will fit in. again if folks have done this or can point me towards a online store that I could order one. it would be greatly appreciated.
Bon weekend.

MTX200 engine will fit but it’s unlikely you’ll find one for sale and if you do you’ll find pistons nearly impossible to find as the scooter boys use them for a big bore conversion on a certain lambretta and most stocks are long exhausted.
