I have an 8x6 black backed "sign" on there now and it's just right but I don't want to give MOT man any excuses, the deafening

Yes, I paid over RRP (£449 iirc) but comfortably under £600. I'm done waiting for Amazon/Sony to get their act together.
It's my birthday in a few weeks so... Mr. Green
I've seen plenty of digital editions going for more than I paid for my disc edition, so I didn't have my entire scalp scalped. Laughing
Now officially on the hunt for a mahoosive top spec tv to play it through. Plans to pimp it with a custom outer case asap as
I can't be putting up with the plain white design for too long. It has to gooooo, hunting down some matte black side panels
as we speak.

I must admit, the piss takers are becoming slightly more reasonable. I've seen one or two consoles locally as low as £525.
When they want less than £500 I'll probably have one, its a principle thing.

Some carnivorous plants. I want to become a Triffid breeder. Cool

I thought I'd grow some on my boat to help the resident spider population out when the inevitable midges and flies start to invade in spring. Plus I've always fancied having a Venus flytrap.

So gone with a starter pack of plants which come with idiot guide. I shall see if I have green fingers as well as oily/fishy/brown ones. Laughing

I bought a Motobatt as well, is it a 4 terminal one? I ordered a spare set of terminal connector lugs for mine so I can
connect up my accessories (heated grips and sat nav mount) onto their own set of terminals. Wasn't nearly as dear
as yours though, Mine was £40. Is yours a lithium battery?

Hmm? Why are batteries so expensive?
I bought one (Yuasa) for my little ‘Project Scrappy Hyosung’.
It’s a 125 for crying out loud, how big/powerful does the battery have to be?
£117 if I remember rightly?, that’s more than I paid for the entire bike!

Tayna for batteries. None cheaper for the last few I've had to buy.

Anyhoo

Gorilla changing robe for mountain biking. Somewhere warm to get changed without flashing my arse out the back of the van.

A gen-u-ine HD drive belt Rolling Eyes
At a stomach-churning price.
But I'm on a promise for a fancy schmancy sprocket when I take it down to Amesbury in order to be shown how to put it on Rolling Eyes

Oh well, that's what I work all these hours for. No pockets in a shroud, etc.

And lunch, in the staff canteen (they finally got back to charging us, after all: the Brompton Fountain couldnt keep paying for our lunches Laughing )

* cannelloni, over-flavoured with "mediterranean" herbsauce
* pear crumble and custard, too much cinnamon

I used to love that food. Stodge, and stodge with custard.

Shifty

What is a Gorilla changing robe?
And why do I now have visions of silverback males flashing their arses from a Sprinter.

The very one in the pic. Hybrid.

Four screw holes with two 'connector' 'strips'. The design wouldn't allow four connector strips. Unless Motobatt sell a connector with terminal posts at each end.
I'm not at impressed with the hold down. My previous Motobatt was standard AGM but dimensionally the same as the original BMW OEM.

My cheapy china PS5 side panels turned up. Perfect fit, clicked home reassuringly, took a couple of minutes to fit
more because I was being overly careful. It will take seconds next time... much happier with the black look. Thumbs Up

Hmm... What to do with this white controller tho...
