One week after the next apocalypse the smoke begins to clear and you can almost make out the far horizon.
All man-made structures have been destroyed and any infrastructure remaining has fallen into ruin.
You hear human voices off to one side.
Yes. Yes.. You think. I'm not alone. There are others. We can work together and rebuild this world and make it better this time.
Until you notice that the people you can hear are vegans. |
Nah, I don't buy it. You only have to say "bacon" to one and they wither and die. They're definitely not the cockroaches of the human race. Not as far as survivability is concerned anyway. ____________________ Chickenystripgeezer's Biking Life (Latest update 19/10/18) Belgium, France, Italy, Austria tour 2016 Picos de Europa, Pyrenees and French Alps tour 2017 Scotland Trip 1, now with BONUS FEATURE edit, 5/10/19, on page 2 Scotland Trip 2 Luxembourg, Black Forest, Switzerland, Vosges Trip 2017

Selective (not medical) diets are a luxury afforded by an affluent and well fed society.
Post apocalypse, your average vegan will be eating anything that's available - starvation is a bit of a leveller that way. |
