It probably is a con.

I tried something similar once, and it left me £50 out of pocket.
I have a mate who tries that sort of thing often - and he has only ever done one thing that wasnt a con (Pay £100 for a good computer... as long as you fill out a questionnaire every month)

Yes, the reason they state for needing $30 off everyone is not good enough, their webhosting/designing wont cost them that much, and if it does why don't they just 'fill out some surveys' themselves to get that money

They prey off everyone who pays the $30 registration fee and then they will probably send you out a million surveys along with spam mail/email and you'll get entered into prize draws, you may get given 10p tesco's coupons every now and then too.

Bottom line is, if earning money seems too easy then it's a con.

Realisticaly the : >>PAID $25 - $75 an hour<< is actually what you get if you manage to convince loads of people to fill in surveys .
