I've got the opportunity to buy a 2006 Honda Shadow VT 125. Is there anything I should keep a lookout for any particular issues? Any advice greatly appreciated.

Can't speak about what you're about to look at, but mine was a brilliant machine almost bullet proof. I did Dover to Stoke on Trent, and a few Dover to London trips, and commuted every day without any issues whatsoever, for just over a year and a half.

Apart from standard bike maintenance, it saw me through my training, and was a real comfy bike. Does what it says on the tin.

I depends on how the user has treated it, so you'll have to look for clues.
