Hi, I bought a couple of items from auction and I also received the following item. I would really appreciate if someone can help me identify what the item is and if possible what bike its from.

What's it made of? I cant tell if it's metal or plastic, hard or soft?

Looks like (faux?) carbon weave with a heat reflecting foil liner. It’s Batman’s jockstrap.

Looks like a hugger or exhaust heat shield. How big is it? Got some pics from other angles?
