Probably, it's taxed (historic) doesn't need an MOT and it's insured, so somebody loves it.

Not sure why though, the Zephyr 4 was an appalling thing in 1966, adding 55 years of progress won't have improved the experience.

its a 1966 .................
It looks vaguely familiar, I feel I should be able to recognise it

Ahh! I think it's a Ford Zodiac but just seen Shafts post
and it may well be the Zephyr

At a glance way to tell the difference, even in the absence of badges and grilles - Zephyrs have a thick C pillar, they squeezed in an extra quarter light on Zodys, as your picture clearly demonstrates.
