I finally bought Michelin Pilot Road 5's (front and rear) for the Kwak and they are getting changed over along with new wing mirrors (OEM), new handlebar (Kawasaki), new chain (DID) and new sprockets (JT on front and SuperSprox on rear) next week. Can't wait to feel the difference the tyres make on her.

I bought myself a box of 20 testers from a fancy schmancy Parisian perfume house called Etat Libre d'Orange and fucking HELL I pong like a tart's handbag.

Lots of lovely flavours, some are rather a lot of Over The Top, but it's fun finding out which.

I'm trying to limit myself to four a day so that I don't overload my senses Laughing

And if you're interested in how perfume is made...

A model kit:

https://www.kentmodels.co.uk/product/112-scale-honda-cb400-four-model-kit/

I've learnt from previous mistakes on model kits and I'm going to spray the tank and side panels rather than use a brush. It'll be in blue to match the CB400 my father-in-law had in his younger days. I might get it finished for Christmas Smile

The biggest problem I can see is whether they include a red tank logo in the decals Thinking

Ooo! Murder, intrigue and perfume.
Sounds right up my Avenue de Provence. Laughing

edit oh wait, I might have seen it (or at least part of it)
For some reason the way Dustin Hoffman looks in the trailer is very familiar. Definitely worth a full (re-)watch, I reckon.
Cool

There's a certain "Marquis de Sade would have approved" vibe running through it Smile

Ebay bargains again.

Dell MD1000 storage array complete with 8 x 300Gb 15K SAS disks, cables and SAS card - all for less than £180 inc delivery. Might use it / might just split it down for parts and sell in bits.

And a Lego Technic Landrover - cos Xmas TV is awful.

A camera.

Thought a nearby shop sold cameras, turns out it's pretty much everything related but no cameras. Owner did give a number of a mate who was selling the one I wanted.

Phonecall...meet...good deal done.

Fujifilm X100V.
