Hello all. Just acquired a Suzuki gt 250 project, had one as my first bike after passing my test a good few years ago mostly complete. However the fella I had it off had the rolling chassis and sourced a later engine. Unfortunately the only paperwork I have is a receipt and the frame number no reg number. Is there anyway of getting the reg number just using this?

Very unlikely to be able to link the frame number with a registration number. DVLA will be of no help.

You might have some luck with one of the HPI companies.

I'd think about joining VJMC and see if they can help. You can also try writing to Suzuki to see if they can provide some kind of 'birth certificate' you can take to DVA for a new age-related plate.
