Well I took your advice as well and I did do that. I must've spent a full 5 minutes actually.

And I'm very surprised. Considering, as I said, that 2nd hand vehicles are generally more expensive over here, that doesn't seem to apply to motorbikes. I got my 2016 YBR for 1500 euros, or 1270 pounds, but I also saw some very decent bikes that were a couple of years older, or with a few more kms on the clock for between 1000 and 1200 euros - 850 to 1016 pounds.

None of this is of any use to the OP, of course, unless he wants to come and buy his bike in Barcelona.

You can get a half decent YBR for a grand if you look around - https://www.gumtree.com/p/yamaha-motorbikes/yamaha-ybr-125cc/1429076173

But £1250-£1750 is probably more typical.
