Theft

I always thought theft was a bad thing, but apparently I'm in the wrong where I work. Theft be it time, money, services or goods is wrong in my books. I know I work in Liverpool and they have a different sense of morality, but the basics should still be the same. What is worse is that these people who condone the theft work at a government body who check that others are honest and give you a little certificate to say that you are honest and haven't got a criminal record for such things as theft.
Odd world we live in.

Nothing is clear, you don't like Liverpool's anti-theft tools but you say it works. Or am I confusing something?
