Aanyone reccomend a mobile bike mechanic in Brentwood, area

I’’be got a bike for commuting that’s been sitting in my garage since covid began. I had the battery on trickle charge to start with but one of the clips slipped off and the battery’s effectively dead now. I’ve moved it about on occasion so the brakes don’t seize but that’s about it. I’d imagine it probably needs a whole load more done to it before I can get it roadworthy and tax it again so any suggestions welcome.

Please note I’m not mechanically minded and am short of time so I’d really just like to get in someone who can help me get the bike back on the road without it costing too much.
