If your battery is over 15 years old, then its replacement is on us!
Yuasa batteries are renowned for quality, reliability and long service life. That’s why we’re looking for the longest serving Yuasa motorcycle battery.

https://www.yuasa.co.uk/bike/longlife/

grab yourself a free battery.

!5 years and still in service?
yeah right
I reckon the only folk with a 15 year old battery will have been using
it as boat ballast or stowed it away at the back of shed/garage and forgotten all about it.
Youarsole are only doing this to boost their social media profile.

I'm guessing there's no point in simply buying a cheap yuasa battery and just not filling it up- put it away for 15 years... Laughing

Not a fan of Yuasa anyway.

People don't check T+C's, so they'll still tag Yuasa for everyone to see.

I'm still on the original on my Z750S, which was bought new December 2006. I remove it come autumn and it goes in the house till spring. With a monthly boost on the optimate throughout.

I only changed the battery on my ER6 in June and that was September 2008 and pretty much used Mon-Friday year-round. Ironically, I changed it and then realised it was the stator ffs.

I know the Tony D on their website, with the Thundercat. I know he rides it but not much as he has a few bikes. It doesn’t have an alarm. I had a ‘Cat and the battery went to around 16 years - mine had an alarm/immobiliser and I kept it on an Optimate.
