I've bought stuff from XLmoto before. They are German, but try to look like they are from the UK so people aren't put off post Brexit. However, they aren't a mid or high level brand, so these will probably be cheap and cheerful. I'm assuming because XL are German, that these are both CE branded garments, but a quick glance did not show me anywhere on the site that said they were CE approved.

The prices are alright. I might just buy something from there once I get my next salary from my mainline driver job.

It's awful - how could you recommend this?

EDIT: to clarify, what I mean is, these garments might be a false economy, as they are unlikely to fit most people well (especially those jackets, with a back protector inserted), and they probably don't offer much protection.

Fair enough dude. I must admit, I've never seen bike gear that cheap. As the jackets are buffalo, I will assume this stuff is probably from the east. I've been skinflint and bought aramid jeans in the past, but they were really just junk. The aramid was even thinner than the denim, and just went to the knees. Just barely. The jackets seem to fit male and female models well.

I've only ever bought cheap t-shirts from xl moto but they seem ok, can't comment on their protective gear.
They were however, the cheapest place for my Senna helmet comms doo dah so I can't knock 'em.

Aldi are selling a black flip up type helmet for £30.
a bargain for someone wanting to try try a flip lid, or to keep as a cheap spare.
