Next time it flies over, quickly run out and shag the missus in the garden in a position it would be impossible to be overlooked from other than by a drone. Then report the drone pilot to the police for voyeurism.

Is there a territory that does not belong to anyone, so that you can shoot there without obstacles with it? I think that it is possible and does not violate any law to shoot your house and garden with a drone

To win the war on Drones you buy a Drone to *crash into the other one.
Set the controller (usually attached to your phone) to record the video crash footage to your phone.

They will not fly near you again.

Upload video to YT with clickbait title and monetise the channel.
Any income will offset the outlay.

* I would recommend stealthy tactics. 'Beware The Hun in the Sun' and/or drop right on top of their drone. High chance of committing catastrophic damage to their drone, yet with a modicum of skill your drone will survive to fight another day.

It is illegal to damage other peoples property, drones included.

They may be flying over their garden to practice and perfect their skills, I do this quite a lot with my drone.

So long as they are not flying dangerously there isn't a lot that can be done about it, although they should be registered with a flyer id and operator id with the CAA if they wish to remain on the right side of the law.

It's highly unlikely that they are interested in anything going on in your garden or that of your neighbours, if they are a hobbyist or even professional pilot they should abide by the drone code, if your interested check out https://register-drones.caa.co.uk/drone-code

I know everyone is getting all angsty about these but its usually for no reason as someone could just as easily pop a camera over the fence to carry out surveillance on yours or anyone property for nefarious reasons.

the only thing that anoys me about drone laaws is how the affected the RC aircraft hobyists with stupid rules that have been fly for decades without a problem

License for RC aircraft too.

Radio Laws.

most are using 2.4ghz digital now

Yes, you do need a license now if the aircraft is over 250g I think. The new drone law means you need to take a test. It's only an online course as I recall but even so, yes you do need a license.

Pilots license and operators license required.

No, they are not the same thing although one person can have both.

There are laws governing rc equipment.

Most 'Toy' rc equipment is exempt. provided the frequency used is within legal parameters.

I have drone certs for several cuntries I have visited.
I even have one for Saudi Arabia which took 8 months to get. Laughing

Ah'm no' feart of the polis, ah just don't want to have to explain why ah haven't got one when an anti-dronist fun-suquer is in ma face.

Do you know it is illegal to interfere with a drone 'pilot' whilst they are in control of a drone that's in flight?

It's not even a grey area.
