Hello from Sweden, Excuse my English as it's not my native language but I hope you'll understand.

So recently I've had some problems with my Hornet, it started off with my right blinker going very fast, then all of my lights shut off ( except for the headlight)

I got it working again when I switched out the fuse for the headlights but it stops working again when I drive it ( if it's idle it will work)

I've tried checking the cables and I've found no issue there, but I am not experienced in working on bikes.

Any help is very appreciated!

I've rebuilt a few hornets but the wiring always seems to be intact and working.
All I can think is that you've got an earth cable somewhere that's shorting on a metal component or maybe a wire is loose and is coming away from it's contact when you're on the move.

If you really struggle, a full wiring loom would be easily found on ebay, it'd be a job for an amateur, just take it slowly and take a lot of pictures as you remove the old one.

I'd start by measuring the voltage across the battery terminals when the engine is running. Lights on and off
I would expect to see no more than 14-14.5V
anything significantly higher say 15V or more would suggest either
a bad rectifier/regulator or a badly grounded one.

On a 20 year old bike I would not be surprised to find poor connections and grounding, so would check and clean as many as I could.

That's what we call a ground.

There's no need to buy another loom/harness when all you have is a few iffy connections.
You wont find a new one for a 20 year old Hornet it would be hundreds of pounds if you could anyway.
A second hand one may be no better or have other unknown problems of its own

A meter and notepad is all you need
Take readings make notes and learn about your bike as you go
a manual with wiring diagram to refer to would help

Thank you guys, i've tried most stuff now and when i removed the relay for the blinkers ( i believe ) it worked, my MC haven't blown a fuse yet, but i'm still wondering why the relay would blow my 10A fuse? Seems a bit odd. https://www.cmsnl.com/honda-cb600f-hornet-2002-2-european-direct-sales_model1638/relay-compwinke_38301kk9952/

You can get the Honda workshop manual here -

https://www.motorcyclemanuals.info/motocycles-atvs/honda/

At the back is the wiring diagrams (sadly not in colour).
