OP will deliver. I'm sat here with some birch branches ready to flagelate myself for being such a bastard when OP is, in fact, a superb fabricator and engineer.

If OP turns up with photos (with custard test equivelent) of swingarm fabricated by him and up to the job I'll go and find some nettles and have Ste video me flagelate my naked bollocks with them.

Quoting for potential future reference.

Of course the rear swing arm has been completely re-fabricated from scratch beefed up and more the up to the job along with the rear suspension which has been match to the machine weight and additional forces which be present

Now back to the front wheel. Do you actually have a solution or just happy to come on here to try to belittle people doing something different

I'm not here to criticise but I will when there's a good call for it. Cool Laughing

It's not a critique to question anyone's engineering prowess.
There's a thing called Fit for Road Use.
Probably the more accurate topic is the Construction and Use section of the road traffic act. (UK)
A mod from OEM standard (which has at some point met or exceeded relevant law) is open to criticism by an MOT inspector or worse, The Po-Po.
Normally a check by an Approved MOT tester is simpler and cheaper than a check by the later.

And as Nobby (the resident critic) has intimated, a video of you high-siding would be worth a view.
