Golliwogs have been a protected class for many years now.
The hotel owner has ignored the societal mores surrounding the care of and respect towards Golliwogs.

In fairness, it's the same old story, the coppers didn't even read them their rights, just piled into the boozer mob-handed and bundled all the gollywogs into the back of the van.

The gollywog in Noddy was always getting huckled too.
