the version of River Man is really good in the Nick Drake session, imo

fwiw, one of my fave peel sessions was always the Nico one w/ frozen warnings and janitor of lunacy etc on it, from 1971 - those two are so much better than the Cale produced versions

I'm listening to Robert Glenister reading The Ink Black Heart on Audible.
He's done the whole series of Cormoran Strike novels, and I've been listening to them on-and-off since long before it got onto the telly.

He's terribly good.
Sometimes I forget that he's just one person doing a load of voices.

I like the Audible series, much better than the TV programme. Cormoran and Robyn are both much better looking in my mind's eye than the telly versions
