any Peak District recommendations

Hello,

I'm planning a weekend ride around the Peak District,
combining rides with hikes. I'm planning to start at Bosely, over Lud's Church to Buxton, and then down to Matlock and back up to Bakewell and Snake Pass towards Hathersage and Sheffield.

Any recommendations I should be aware of?

Snake Pass is a great ride provided you don't get stuck behind a caravan or run up the arse of a sheep. Best tackled very early in the morning.
