Or rather my top yoke doesn't.

I've noticed that when I'm going in a straight line that my bars are turned ever so slightly to the right (or rather the top yoke is).

The bike handles fine (my tyres are scrubbed pretty much to the edge both sides) and there's no obvious damage to the frame or forks.

Any ideas why this might be?

The top yoke isn't aligned with the bottom yoke.

You're going to have to loosen up everything, align the front end and then tighten all up again.

Loosen the lower yoke, and either give the front wheel a thump or hold the wheel between your legs and pull the bars into alignment.

There is a possibility that the bars are bent.

No, it's the yoke that's not aligned.

This usually happens if the bike’s been on its side or had some other impact on the bars.

Can also happen if you whip the forks out to do a job and end up rushing to get to the pub. Ask me how I know

I usually just loosen the lower then align the wheel, push it against a wall and give it a nice bounce. Brings it into alignment.

Then torque back up, always torque the yokes.

Thanks chaps, a combo of those two sorted it.

Funnily enough, I only noticed it after I changed the fork oil... Shocked
