This one deserves a category al of its's own - not 'miserable' as such nor 'majestic - just plain odd.

Take a very unremarkable 80s UJM and treat it to soem weird 1950s (or 60s?) Manx GP esque styling..

Better keep the cool instrument cluster mind you - they look the tits.

Belongs in the miserable section, not worthy of a thread of it's own

He just doesn't get it. He doesn't get the aesthetics of 80s bikes, most likely because he wasn't around in those days. He did this because his exposure to bikes is through Youtube and other social media. The mods he did are a reflection of the mock consensus that has emerged to replace authenticity and lived experience. What we're looking at is the sum of things people write about bikes, say about bikes, see at shows, etc. Just like the owner, that thing is completely detached from the world in which that bike was originally manufactured and used.

I like how he mentions the Dunstall tank as a feature, while including a picture of said item which suggests that it's scrap.

That aside, while it's undeniably a festering pile of shite, I would concur with my learned friend Mr Forte that it's not remarkable enough for its own thread, soz.

I like how he takes the pictures to the back drop of the storage containers it lives in as it never fucking goes on the road Laughing

Hasn't touched it since however it was taken for an MOT on the 29th of June this year.

Oh and "Date of last V5C (logbook) issued 22 November 2020" then it was taken by somebody for an MOT on the 8th of December 2020.

Laughing It's a hilarious case...

I like the fact that the nail in the rear tyre is just an advisory, paling into insignificance compared with the other defects. Brilliant!

Although this is not the case here (he probably has just not sent off the V5 to reflect colour change),

I did change my bike colour a few years ago and the tax status page always lists my new colour of white, but MOT status/history page always lists me old colour of red. Confused

I like the way he tacked on his Kenny Roberts speedblock decals in one photo to show how great they’ll look if, by some miracle, you got them to fit that ugly tank.

To be classed as dangerous the slop in those steering head bearings must be tremendous. Who TF presents their bike for a MOT inspection in that state?

It's never worth asking why, some things you just can never understand.

Some people like to dress up in their wifes underwear and visit shady looking public toilets at night, we call these people BMW riders.

All jokes aside what a fucking shitroller. I'm guessing matey boy got stuck into with no prior mechanical knowledge and ran out of steam when learning, so he's stuck lipstick on the pig and talked it up as much as possible.

Bit like how hipsters try to charge you £5 for a can of disgusting beer made from mouldy sourdough and beanie sweat.

the listing says
* If you want it bring £500 and a van *

How about you give me a tenner and I bring a can of petrol and box of matches?
