I need to find a man

I need to find an old friend of my brother in law.

His name is Dave Street will be roughly 76 now.
Had 2 brothers Phil and Barry. I worked for him at Streetmachine the bike breakers. Collier Row, Romford. from 1976 to 1982. They all lived in the Romford area. In the 1990s dave moved to Harold Hill area.
Dave did some acting in the 90s and was often seen on Eastenders.
A friend of mine bumped into him at Cadwell Park race circuit, Lincolnshire about 5 years ago and he said he lived nearby. This photo was taken about 40 years ago when I won my first trophy road racing to which he paid for.

Also imdb if he did some acting.
