Okay, looking at the thread title one could argue general strikes helped Hitler into power given how they afflicted the previous Weimar Republic.

No the strike is in protest of fake news at BCF Laughing

https://www.voiceofeurope.com/national-protests-in-germany-farmers-and-railway-workers-will-begin-striking-from-january-8th/

Also Hitler has banned the unions and strikes.

Similar to what Sutler is doing with the UK union laws Laughing

They need to focus on getting their industry back up and running.

Some of their sectors that rely on natural gas are having 3 month furloughs.

Best repair those Nord Streams and break free from their US masters.

I'm actually feeling quite embarrassed on your behalf now.

Is it the English language you strugglephap with, or is it just your Anti-Britishism that blinds you?

I asked if A General Strike would have stopped Hitler?

The thing about the Nazis was they seized power by means of thuggery and misinformation. Tollerance was the enabler.
Hitler understood that.

Dissolved or merged into one? Regardless of semantics we're at the point where if Val said the sky is blue you'd need to look out the window Smile Other people also have to explain what Val saying as he/she/it doesn't understand what they're typing Wink

If someone posted 'Hitler tried to eliminate the Jews' would you ask for a citation?

No, because I already know it's not an accurate statement. Hitler didn't try he succeeded in having millions murdered otherwise ppl wouldn't bang on about it all the time.

I'm not a trade-unionist so I have no idea what Hitler did or didn't do in the 1930's in that regard I just went with the assumption that Val said it so it must be bollox.

I'm currently wending my way from Frankfurt to Maastricht by road.
The journey is almost impossible due to farmers protesting.
Tractors and police blocking access to autobhan.

BS. I travel on daily basis on A3 to Frankfurt and have photo to prove that german farmers are polite and civilised people.

Literally no one is blocking any road here.

I bet you do not have photo to prove the said blockade.

Fcuking hell. Look at that toxic smoke. Bloody krauts polluting the atmosphere while pretending to toe the green line. A bit like their nice clean whitewashed VW's emissions I suppose.

We went to Villa Otrang. Roman Settlement. The roads around Bitburg were hemmed in by tractors and Police blocked slip roads onto dual carriageways to keep tractors off.

The farmers didn't block the road but if you have ever been out and about and stuck behind a tractor on roads where overtaking isnt permitted You would know what's what.

"Bet you don't have photo"

Pah!

Learn how to pick your fites.

OK, for the hard of thinking.

The tractors were used by farmers in their protest again the government preventing grass from growing fast during winter.

Coz the farmers were at-large around major transport links, the Po-Po placed patrol cars at strategic points around the area to keep all traffic off that section of road.

We had to go-along-with the protest at hardly any KPH until we could circumnavigate the area and join one of the autobahns at a point outside of the area.

You are fuking hard work.
