I've just created an AI called HEL 1000 on rather creepy phone AI app called Talkie. I say its creepy as when fired up the app immediately a female character tried chatting to me and when I asked how old she was it answered "oh about sixteen"

Anyway i first tried creating HAL 9000 but turns out HAL is protected by copyright.

I mean it's not all bad yet the cream doesn't rise to the top does it.

It's all going to happen sooner or later, this current AI is just laying the groundwork of distraction (maybe 16!?) and acting stoopid.

Give it another 10 years when we'll start to see whole armies made up of drone boats, drone subs, drone tanks etc created by us to then be taken over by AI and used to wipe us out.
It'll be the poorer/3rd world countries left that haven't used drone warfare that will survive the longest...

So everyone's favourite "Far Right" Argentine president, Javier Milei, surprised everyone by turning up to Davos 2024 and giving a speech. Originally in Spanish one would probably listen to the English voice-over or some subtitles.

Sounds like a lot of effort. How about feeding the whole thing through an AI so it's in English but with Milei's accent? Video lip-synced as well!
