Hi first post in these forums and looking for some help. My bike had an mot yesterday and passed with one advisory, swing arm bushes. The bike itself is a Lexmoto Zxsf 125 efi, CMPO have discontinued the bushes and have said there's no others for any other lexmoto that would fit.
I've searched online and one European website lists bushes for Keeway/benelli and state that they also fit my model bike aswell as others in a similar way that CMPO does.
The dimensions of the bushes listed on the European site are:
14mm inner diameter
26mm outer diameter
44mm length
CMPO has a few which have the same diameters but different length but don't really want to be cutting them.

If someone can point me in the right direction with the bushes or give some solid advice I'd greatly appreciate it, worry for thr long winded post to!

How critical is length?

Thankyou for the replies as this has been frying my brain, couldn't quite get what I wanted on the first site.

I'm not to sure if length matters, i haven't removed the swing arm yet as I'll need the bike for work so not to sure on the needs for the length to be correct, I have favourited the item on ebay to keep it around though thankyou.

I'm told length causes the eyes to water but girth is much more satisfying.

This is also one of those things where I wouldn't necessarily trust the measurements I find on the internet, I would want to measure where they need to go to find something suitable. I can also get an idea of what might be technically wrong, but still fit - like a pair of top hat bushes to replace a single sleeve bush.

I may just be better off then stripping the bike and removing them to match up as best I can.

CMPO does have longer ones with the right diameter so cutting might be the best option tbh.

A pipe cutter might give you a cleaner, square cut.

A pipe cutter needs a substantial length of tube so the rollers have some meat tonsupport the cutting wheel/s.
And.... they slightly close the end where the cut is made, which then has to be reamed back to size.
