Hi guys new to the forum
Planning on buying a 2004 wr400, seller claimed 40k km and of course unknown service history. So far all the red flags but price is good at 3k usd and he has the bill of sale which is pretty hard to find where I live.

Can anyone tell me if the noises you hear are fixable or perhaps another red flag. Sounds like a bad bearing after the first rev but idk much about bike engines

WR400 engines aren't known for their high mileage longevity. If it makes an audible noise without having to strain to hear it I'd walk away.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.
