Since it looks like attempted murder he got off very lightly.

I agree, the cowardly little shit will be out in two years, which hardly seems to fit the crime.

The length of his jail term aside, I see he's been banned for less than five years... seriously, should someone who has acted like this ever be able to get their licence back?

Seems odd too that he was jailed for 4 years and 10 months, and banned from driving for 4 years and 10 months

Last time i checked, there aren't any cars in prison

On a posistive note, at least the biker had a (relatively) soft landing

Something about BMWs... when I'm filtering through the City there's very few people who even notice and even fewer pissed off by it but usually it's BMW drivers.

Quite literally used his car as a two tonne weapon to try and murder another human being because he was flipped off. So the logic inside this cunts head is:

Being flipped off = OK to try and kill someone

This is straight up attempted murder, clearly had the mens rea to do it.

Shockingly lenient sentence. I would have him serve a minimum of 20 actual years in the clink. If the motorcyclist had died I would have given a whole life tariff.
