Typical Guy Ritchie stuff.
Vinnie Jones ages like the mature hunk of beef that he always was. Wub

Jason Statham has just bought a place near me in the New forest.
he likes to go shooting there with Guy Richie apparently.

Twisted Metal. 9/10

Mad Max meets Fallout meets umm Twisted Metal so right up my street.
I'm really struggling to see how this was greenlit Laughing

It's got Fast 'n' Furious cheese with Scream level GCSE drama.

I'm a big Mackie fan but this.... Sad

Have you seen Metal Hurlant Chronicals? Same difference, even Joe Flanigan couldn't rescue it.

3 Body Problem on Netflix

Currently half way through, its quite geeky in places, but the plot keeps moving forward at pace, with some pretty horrific scenes in places

I concur. It was good viewing.

Just watched the series Unlocked: a jail experiment on Netflix. Docuseries on changing the way a unit in an American jail is run. I enjoyed it, watched all episodes.

Subtitles on, as there's a lot of black slang dialogue. That and I'm slightly deaf in the left ear.

Fallout (Amazon) - 9.5/10

Now, this might be the best adaptation of a video game series that I have ever seen. The Tv series does not follow any of the video games story lines, it's a new story with new characters in the Fallout universe. The locations, costumes, gadgeds of all sorts, chems... are all very well depicted. I also like the cast, incl. all the cameos.

I'm 3 episodes in and enjoying it so far. Tad slow initially but appreciate they're world building (though some of us know the world pretty well already!).

Ella Purnell was a good choice. She was good in Yellowjackets.

Decided to go back on Netflix and see what was around.
Tempted to re-binge on Dexter but might save that for when I'm super grumpy and need cheering up Laughing

Meanwhile found an old Aussie 3-season series from 2015-19 called GLITCH which promises to be corny (zombies/notzombies) but includes the delectable Patrick Brammell who is apparently the cousin of our own dear Spudly.

So Glitch is a bit quirky so far but its enough to keep me interested.
