Who can tell me which sitcom made a gag about Little Chef waitresses moving so slowly that they appear not to be moving at all?

We used to stop at a little chef in Wales after the dragon rally every year for a fry-up. It's now a starbucks, we don't stop there any more.

I seem to remember stopping at a little chef in South Wales during an off-roading trip in the Brecon Beacons.
It was an old converted church, a stunning building.
The restoration was beautiful and the food was excellent.
