How to set up a streaming link?

Ahead of a forthcoming family event, I've been asked to try and set up some way of streaming this for relatives around the country who can't make it in person. How can I do this readily please?

I'm envisaging using an iPad/iPhone mounted on a tripod. People watching are mostly going to be fairly technophobic, so anything much more than a clickable link is likely to end in failure. Also, of note, I know that several are rabid social media refuseniks, so any anything that requires them to log in to the likes of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok accounts etc is also not going to fly. I looked at YouTube, but seemingly you need 50 followers before they let you do that.

Any ideas, please?

A memorial thing I went to recently they had a MacBook running Teams or Zoom (whatever "meeting" software you fancy) and that worked quite well.
