That'll be a question you should be directing to MOSSAD.

But in reality they got to them at the supplier stage, they didn't retrieve each individual one,sabotage it and then give it back.

Thats why they killed an innocent as well.

They were using pagers because it's been done to them before with a mobile phone. So not entirely stupid.

I wonder if they've thought of seeding massively over-pressure 7.62 x 39 ammo (as used by the AK 47 and its varients) about the place. The US did that in Vietnam, they don't use that calliber and as far as I know, neither do the Israleis. Makes the gun blow up in your face.

The problem with that idea (along with the pagers) is it's like a minefield. Boom! You go one way and your leg goes the other but at no point is any moral judgement made by the ordinance concerning the recent amputee. Soldier, terrorist and child are all treated equally Shocked

That being said, an AI bomb that decides now is the right time to blow up because it's made a character assessment of the people in the vicinity sounds even more horrifying.
