Not 100% accurate. 1) He's smiling, GS-ing is serious business. 2) No touratech riding suit. 3) Not standing up on pegs.

4) He looks like he's going somewhere other than the local bike meet.

I hit 58 in November and it's certainly not oiling my gears

Can you explain the dropping dead?

I had what I thought was indigestion for the first time in my life, but it lasted for four days and I was sick a few times. My big sis said that it sounded like a heart attack, I scoffed at first but eventually dialled 999 ... that was 11th September 2021, a few days after my 55th birthday.

There's a protein in your body called troponin, which goes up if you've had a heart attack. A normal level is around 10, my first test showed around 1300, the second over 2300 ... so yep, heart attacks.

Fast forward to 9th January 2022 @ approx 8:30pm, I had gone out for a fish supper and on the way back, just as I crossed the road, I dropped dead of a myocardial infarction (heart attack) ... was only 15 yards from my front door as well!

Luckily for me, an ex-lifeguard, midwife and trainee paramedic happened to be passing ... cue 18 minutes of CPR before the ambulances arrived ... the paramedic had just bought his first medical kit two weeks previously and so could intubate me.

I suppose that I should say that my gears get oiled every day ... I celebrate the 9th of January each year with a fish supper now Laughing

All the best ... Barry

The State pension is a contributory benefit based on the payment of National Insurance contributions.

Just by chance I happened to have caught the live SpaceX launch - live feeds on everything. Not quite up to the spectacle of the Perseverance "sky crane manoeuvre" but interesting nonetheless.

Got asked to take some minutes yesterday at an important meeting between my Chelsea crew and the top-tier mob over the river.

Made a bit of a gaffe by arriving 15 mins early and strutting (confidentaly hellkattish) into the Sarf London crew's pre-meet before my guys had even turned up.

At least they know who I am now Laughing

I had my 2005 Toyota brevis(95000mile) maintenance + MOT at dealer and little noise from the wheel disappeared. Many parts are already out of stock now so I asked them to change starter motor + AC compressor.
