New Zontes Mantis cutting out when given throttle

Hi, I'm hoping for some advice. took the bike for a spin and put 30 miles on it and everything was fine. parked up and left overnight.
Started fine the next day when I went to take it for a spin but died as soon as I started giving it some throttle and letting out clutch.

Struggled to start it but got it going again. then fuel started leaking from a cylindrical plastic device under the air box (not sure what this is)

Now the bike will start but cant hold stable revs when given throttle and sputters out.. then leaks fuel.

It's brand new from the dealer so I'm thinking it has to be something silly but they aren't open until tomorrow Crying or Very sad any help much appreciated

Fuel filter?

If so it's nothing serious, but I don't reckon much to your dealer's PDI...

Apparently, the cylindrical plastic thing is a carbon filter. the EFI system appears to be the issue so they have ordered a replacement. Their mechanic was on holiday last week though so I'm hoping for it to be fixed this week.

Thanks for the responses. I was hoping it might be something simple I could sort but no such luck
