I noticed W230/Megro S1 was on both kawasaki EU and JP sites. They look like bikes with good quality for a 230cc.

EU site
https://www.kawasaki.eu/en/Motorcycles/Classic/Meguro_s1_2025.html

JP site
https://www.kawasaki-motors.com/ja-jp/motorcycle/meguro/retro-classic/meguro-s1/2025-meguro-s1

232cm³ 13kW (18PS) / 7,000rpm
JPY 720,500

This dude in Thailand says top speed is 120km/h on the clock.

I watched his review with eng subtitle on.
-front fender is made of steel
-upright relaxed position
-comfortable thick rear seat
-low vibration engine
-good acceleration (KLX230 engine)
-suspension feels a bit hard but can adjust preload.
-265/220disc with ABS enough for use.

At least it's light (143kg). An RE Bullet 350 is 195kg, for example.

Honda are bringing their 350 officially to Europe:

https://www.honda.co.uk/motorcycles/range/street/gb350s/overview.html

A bit heavier, probably a bit more torquey than the Meguro. Probably the same sort of price, slightly undercutting Royal Enfield's offerings.

I quite like the styling of GB350C Honda released last month here.
GB350C Thumbs Up

It's a reaction to an overall market shift. Demand for big engine monsters is going down (although the ADV market would disagree) and people are going for what they actually need (and can afford.)
