Theres an advert with a couple of blokes on a huge swing. I still haven't worked out what they are advertising. Maybe a video game? Papaya whatever that is.

What is the point of an advert where you don't know what it's for.

So if you agree with the name change it's fine but if you dont its basically the work of the antichrist?

If you dont like names of places changing over time you need to start putting your address as 'Middeltone'.

If it weren’t for Murray Walker and Renault’s arrival in Formula 1 I’d still be saying Renolt like my Dad used to…, and I still think Dad was right.

Eh? I don't give a flying fuck what Wooten Basset calls itself. Was just saying it could be worse. Could be Lootown.

It started for me when Judith Chalmers promounce teh Hungarian capital 'Budapesht' many year ago.. annoying cow.

Interesting though that no-one in the media pronounces teh French capital 'Paree' or teh Italian one 'Roma'

Yea that Booking dot com family are booking ghastly. Almost as bad as the guy who says "Really"? in a really shrieky voice during the ad for some supermarket, not even sure which one, but he's really fucking annoying.
The music is a fucked-up version of "Can't touch this (Hammertime!)"

Although I do like the guy who admits to eating croissants in the Weetabix ads Laughing "cwahsongs" Laughing Laughing

... and Idris Elba in the Sky Mobile ads, of course ... *wibble*

I'm especially annoyed with the idiot woman on the squirty air freshener ad.

*runs like a spaz to other side of the room*
It's so fresh!

I want to actually punch her in the face.
I hate myself even more for going "its so fresh" in a sarky mincy voice after she's said it.

It is unacceptable to use the word 'spaz' so please take the time to educate yourself so as to avoid triggering people.

You ignorant retard.

You sure it's not the Trailfinders ad featuring the smug cnut with the leather cowboy hat and gormless
grin and what I presume is supposed to be his fawning snot-nosed grandchild..

I've travelled every road in the whole world..
..accelerating climate change to ensure no fucker from no on can go
anywhere with meeting natural disaster..
hateful, aspirational, entitled, crass, shite.

I am now. Smile .. I think travel is fine, but the climate change thing is getting worse. Residents of LA (fires) and York (floods) alike will testify to that - it has gone beyond quirks that can be explained by solar flares etc..

BUT the aviation lobby is huge and the political will to clip people's wings is lacking. Some steps are needed promote rail as a (environmentally) better alternative ( at least to replace flights that take less than 2 hours) _ France has started I think but UK politicians shit themsleves if 'mondeo man' will no longer be able to to take
2 overseas holidays a year. The fact that it is now considered normal to fly to Estomia (or wherever) for a weekend is astonishing still to me.

My town when the Thames burst its banks in 1968:

No floods since so one can only conclude, given the amount of Climate Change we've experienced recently...
