M18 x 1.5 comes to mind but cant gaurantee that as no idea what your bike has

Yeah I'm kinda stuck between M16 or M18 x 1.5.

Not for a rad I have in my hands so can't check.

hacksherly it may been an M16
it was deffo a Honda GL650 one I was playing with
but some time ago

On a whim I search Ebay for a GL650 rad fan switch
and they give a thread diameter of 15.6
which is M16 in real money.
