Guys, i actually cannot thank you enough for all this info, like sure i used to ride motocross. But when it comes to street im a novice rider. Ill really see my skills at the track as there the instructor can tell where im at. I know one big con of the mt07 is its suspension so you telling me to get it dialed maybe a smart idea. Im not sure who I could go for that. Maybe the Yamaha dealers can set it up for my weight etc. I also ride pillion very rarely though so. But from reading all this info. Ill just put the psi back up to the recommended to be on the safe side. as you said it may be a psychological feel.

Im not trying to justify anything. Im really trying to get all the info I get and put it together and make my riding better, improve it and learn from more experienced riders like yourselves.
So I really appreciate it, not trying to be rude haha, just trying to better myself : )

Anyways ill def look into adjusting my suspension, ive heard of kits to make the suspension feel better, but right now on top of my mountain bike sport I cannot afford to spend even more money into this bike. Got a big trip with the boiz going to austria to leogang and schladming. (useless info ik)

The first thing to do with your suspension is set the staic sag, you can do this at home, there are lots of guides out there.

For me setting the suspension is about the same as setting the thermostat on my fridge - since I've no idea what up or down will achieve it's always in the middle.
