A keto waffle. Made with cheese, eggs & almond flour. (There are various recipes)

You can eat them plain or add to. I stick pepperoni on.

Sounds like a typical "dirty keto" meal to me Wub

"I'm not in the mood for vegetables but I want to avoid as many carbs as possible" Laughing

For my dinner I did mostly have roast chicken which I put on this morning. The dog has gone on her holidays so its just me and the cats.

Properly called Nasi Goreng if you have peanut sauce.

That's a totally different meal. Satay is a peanut based sauce/marinade with meat/veg added to the sauce and the rice served separately whereas Goreng is more like an Indian Biryani using chilli sauce and often garnished with chopped peanuts and a fried egg. Goreng is a dry meal not a wet one.

I have fallen off the Attempted Keto wagon (again) because I am grieving.

So instead of blowing thirty notes at Domino-hoo-hoos , I bought a Goodfellas cheesy pizza from Londis and added extra cheese, but left the crusts, because dodgy teeth Laughing

Then I had two of those little weird quark things the Lithuanians eat as chilled sweets, and a Fry's peppermint bar.

I did at least manage to only have an omelette and salad for lunch.
Making the most of what was in the fridge, a rather peculiar but interesting combo: lamb-bacon (aka "macon" - made with mutton for the Halal-ists I think*) accompanied by a drift of grated gran padano because I couldn't be bothered getting the brie back out of the freezer.
Thinking I really should grate all the brie and freeze *that*, instead of putting the whole chunk back in the freezer.

*I'm never quite sure why a Halal-ist would want to *appear* to be eating bacon, that most famous and beloved of all pork products, when their religion makes it quite clear that they think it is a dirty meat that should never be consumed by a person of virtue.
