Someone's got no exhaust or headers on. Laughing I remember that sound, a bit like a duck quacking is the way I'd describe it.

If you can get it to start, it'll make an incredible sound, though whether it does the engine much good is another matter. Whistle.

my CB400 sounded like that with no exhaust. but the worst bit... it ran like it. Twisted Evil rather amusing going down the road sounding like a duck
