so, enter bike number 6, might seem like a totally odd choice beside the tiger, but i like them, and just think they are cool

https://www.bikechatforums.com/files/h100.jpg

perfect day to collect it not a cloud in the sky, rode it the 55 miles back from bedford, 100% B roads, silly grin all the way, and its a damn sight nippier than it looks, honest Wink

saw it on ebay last week, bid 800 Rolling Eyes got it for 350 Very Happy got years MOT, tax till october, and haynes manual, plus 6 previous MOT's

seems in good nick, slight patches of rust in the places youd expect, but exhaust is mostly shiny, frame sound, brakes work, kicks over first time, and smells 2 strokey Thumbs Up

Why odd? I think it's quite a good choice for a second bike, even if just as a backup for the first breaking down. Cost peanuts to buy to begin with, 100mpg, costs very little to insure and tax, easier to filter and use in traffic etc than the Tiger too. Servicing? Nothing to it. The only problem is that I imagine it'll just keep up with traffic at WOT in top, and the suspension will be somewhat primitive. Very Happy

Top stuff. Thumbs Up Smile

Are you going to leave the 'L' plates on for comedy value?

Goose... you never cease to make me chuckle! I will be taking the slippers and pipe I purchased for your Christmas presents back to the shop Laughing
