I just bought a cheetah alarm off ebay.
I thought these had a tilt sensor in them?
I can get on the bike and take it off the stand and move it, thats no good.
Then if i slap the area where the alarm is it goes off, because its like a shock sensor?
How are these supposed to work, i heard they were good.

Dammit. I thought they were all tilt sensitive. Looks like most are 'shock sensitive'. Maybe if i fix it down solid it will go off easier when someone gets on it.

You can adjust the sensitivity via the remote control as I have a cheetah alarm aswell. Very poor instructions it came with. I had people off eBay emailing me asking how to fit the alarm from the same seller.

No, the remote control. You hold down one of the four buttons, the indicators stay on. Then you press another of the buttons and you press it until the level you want it reached (out of 5 levels (it will beep once for each level)). Then you press another button to set that level. Not sure which buttons are which as I no longer have the instruction manual.

Hmmm mine only has two buttons on the remote, and the only thing it says in the manual about sensitivity is that screw.
