Yes it looks shit, but it has a roof.
I am confused as to its status on the road, how can I drive one, I have a full bike license.
I cant afford a bike and car really, can I get a Robin?

That particular sneeky trick is no longer doable... if you want 3/4 wheels nowdays theres only one way to be allowd one i'm affraid.
(theres are some sneeky ways of geting on 3 i.e. a trike but its complicated and would cost more than geting a car, you'd still need l plates and theres only one company that will actually insure people)

Think Keith may be right about the changes to the law.

That should make it as clear as mud 
Looks like it depends on the weight of the car, the Reliant in your case.
